Formation

At St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Chino, our Faith Formation program is dedicated to equipping families to live as joyful disciples of Jesus Christ. We offer comprehensive sacramental preparation, including our First Holy Communion process available for children starting as early as first grade, alongside dynamic Youth Ministry and Confirmation paths for our teens. Guided by our passionate catechetical team, we provide a nurturing environment where young people can truly fall in love with Jesus, develop a meaningful understanding of the Bible, and build a lasting foundation in our Catholic faith tradition.

We firmly believe that parents are the primary educators of their children, which is why our program places a beautiful emphasis on family-centered learning and community connection. Through cooperative home-based lessons, supportive parent meetings, and engaging shared resources, we partner closely with you to deepen your family's daily spiritual practices and bond of fellowship. We invite your family to join our vibrant parish community on this enriching journey; registration opens each year in early July, and we look forward to walking alongside you!
